Who is JB?

 

Jean Bernard Dongmo is your national local bird guide.
He is an expert in ornithology. He will bring you to the discovery of bird species encountered exclusively in Cameroon and nowhere else in the world. Among them, Mount Cameroon Francolin Francolinus camerunensis, Mount Cameroon Speirops Speirops melanocephalus, Bannerman's Turaco Tauraco bannermani, Banded Wattle-eye Platysteira laticincta, Mount Kupé Bush-Shrike Telophorus kupeensis and more than twenty other mountain near endemics bird species will be waiting for you. Amidst the lowland forest endemics, you will admire the marvelous Grey-necked Picathartes Picathartes oreas (Picture above).

If you are a researcher, Jean Bernard, who is based at the University of Yaounde 1, will go for research with you at the exact location of your studied bird species.
